The home is located in a simple and safe area, on a third level. An open, complete, colorful and well-lit room. Furniture with rustic finish in natural wood. The bathroom (with hot water) and the kitchen are complete and independent, with the possibility of accommodation for a third guest on a sofa bed at an additional cost of $100.00. Optional parking one block away for compact cars exclusive to the accommodation with a cost per night. Smoking is not allowed.
