This apartment is one of three that are the same type. They measure 50 square meters and are fully equipped. The area where they are is one of the best, and close to the airport. There are many services nearby, and you don't need a car to get around. The settlement is on a 650 square meter plot. In the courtyard there is a fairly large pool and it is shared. We have a space to park two cars in front of the building. It's not closed for now.

It is located two blocks from the beach, right between Zicatela and La Punta, one of the favorite beaches for our visitors. It is a bright and quiet space, where you will find peace. On the terrace runs Marea Yoga Studio that gives a bonus to all guests who enjoy yoga and the good life.
