Waterfront apartment, built in an 18th century recycled port warehouse at real Puerto Madero, the best and safest place to enjoy Buenos Aires city. First floor, but you have 4 elevators to use. Big balcony facing the pedestrian footpath along the river, with a great view over the docks. Plenty of bars and restaurants just in the dock and nearby,. 1´walking to a big cinema complex and tango shows. 5´ to San Telmo and the Floating Casino. Very close of many other cultural and historic places.

Excellent apartment with a nice design and very brightly lit. Located in the heart of Buenos Aires, it is close to the best restaurants, touristic sites and green areas. It has access to all means of transport (subway, train, Metrobus, bus lines) to get to any point in the city. It is 30 meters away from Plaza San Martin, 3 blocks from Puerto Madero and 100 meters from Florida Street. The bathroom and the kitchen are fully equipped and it has a comfortable working space as well.
