Going down to the ground floor you will find the living room with sofas (additional bed for the 5th and 6th guest) and wood-burning fireplace.

In times of snow and/or frost it is difficult to get to the parking lot above, so you must leave the car in the parking lot below and go up stairs. You can also find a closed door that leads to a laundry room, which is closed for renovations
