It has a terrace on the ground floor where you enter the house, another small one in the master bedroom on the first floor and a large rooftop terrace on the top floor with beautiful views where you can eat and sunbathe. It is located in the lower area of Gran Alacant, very close to the Clot del Galvany natural area and only a 15-minute walk from the impressive Carabassí beach, famous for its crystal clear waters. A car is essential.
