Nice and large 2bdrm/2bath house for up to 7 people, just 8-10 minutes drive from the beach, malecon and main tourist attractions, fully equipped, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 single bed and 1 futon, living room with large tv and lots of streaming options, A/C, wifi, charcoal bbq grill, boiler, gated back and front yard and more! Private Beach House in Las Conchas

Our treasured family on-the-beach house was designed by my grandfather and built 65 years ago. It has since then been remodeled and upgraded frequently. Highlights include two large beautiful domed ceilings giving the primary rooms unique acoustics and amazing above-head space, an expansive stargazing deck, a luxurious master room, and beautiful themed tiling throughout. Update 06/ 2022: We take guest feedback seriously! We recently have added new blinds, a new gas grill, and satellite TV.

A balcony area is featured with two large umbrellas providing shade over four white chairs, each adorned with colorful striped cushions. The view beyond includes palm trees and rooftops, leading to the ocean visible in the distance under a clear blue sky.
