Tram House, by the sea

The main house of the former Tallinn Tram and Trolleybus assembly recreation base, where tram drivers spent their downtime together during dark counseling times. Today, there's not much to feel like it in this house anymore, as there are sleeping options, a kitchen, shower, etc. and not much has been preserved from the former decor. The sea and swimming bridge are right in front of the house, and if there is an interest in fishing, it can be easily satisfied here. In the summer, the water is warm in the sea, and if the wind blows, you can surf right away.

In addition, guests can use our private courtyard to enjoy the summer evenings. Important: Our apartment building is currently undergoing repairs to the stairwells (summer 2025). The renovation can make it a little difficult to navigate the stairwell, but getting in and out of the apartment is guaranteed.
