Very nice place to stay, I value the cleanliness. Only problem is that they make you download an app as the door key which doesn't work well sometimes. If your phone dies you won't be able to get into the hotel unless you tell them to come open for you

Great Stay in a Convenient Location. Just as shown in the picture. Although the room was compact, it was a beautiful place to stay and had all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff—Mea, Shannon, and Ryan—were especially helpful and made our experience even better. The location is ideal, with easy walking access to metro stations and bus stops. Plus, there are plenty of great spots nearby for coffee and breakfast.

we had a great stay at Heritage in Chinatown. The location couldn't be more perfect, with different Metro stations close by to reach different parts of towns and right in the heart of Chinatown. The neighborhood is very nice and offers a lot of options for food from restaurants to local food courts for more budget, but still delicious meals. Yani, Maica and Mary from the hotel have been very helpful and always reactive via phone. We could easily check-in and access our room and even leave our luggages a few hours after check-out to still enjoy the last hours of our trip. We also got some recommendations for local places for where to eat or how to get around. Thank you !!

Very communicative staff and easy to find. Nice basic room with everything you need in a great location. I’d definitely stay here again.

Exceptional service from staff - they were always on call to answer my questions (including how to hail a taxi to the airport). The staff will reach out via Whats App prior to your arrival to share information. You will have to download an app and authorize a security hold ahead of time - but that's pretty standard practice in Singapore. App was easy to use. This Heritage listing is a short walk from many bars and nightlife - and yet I was surprised by how quite and calm it was inside. I got excellent sleep the nights I was there.

We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Hotel Singapore. The location was perfect, the price was very reasonable, and the hotel itself was modern and stylish. A special thanks to Mae, Ryan, and Shannen — they were incredibly responsive and always replied within minutes. They kindly allowed us to leave our bags after checkout, which was a big help. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Singapore!

Looks just like the pictures, clean and the hosts are very responsive. They also gave me recommendations for places to eat and drink. My one complaint is the extensive check in process. Other than that everything was great

The properly was very clean and well equipped. it is very small - I repeat very small. It was clean and well equipped -great location will lots of restaurants and bars close by. Although it is a small property the bathroom is larger than one might expect. Hosts were extremely nice.

Edmar was very helpful . Even due to the night noise offered us earplugs. I felt very welcomed.

Stayed here for few nights. Very nice place and easy to find. It is in a bustling and partying area so there’s lots to do around. Unlike other reviewers stated, noise from the street didn’t bother us at all but it is present. Would definitely recommend if you are planning on exploring Singapore on foot as almost everything we desired to see was within walking distance.

overall is good nice place for stay easy check in if u really understand the instructions but if u dont understand there in the hotel have a staff help u just call by phone the host and they will help u great host and staff specially for Edmar, Daphne, and Nica if u bring big suitcase is a bit trouble because the way u go to the hotel is stairs then the way u get ur room also stairs its tired if u are carry big suitcase

Great accomodation and great hosts! I was notified a few days before my booking started that the room I booked wasn’t not up to standard and that I was being upgraded to a different room. The room was spacious and super clean. It featured a large bed, washing machine and kitchen. The accommodation was easy to find and check in was a breeze using the heritage app. I was able to store my luggage on site before and after my stay to make the most of my time in Singapore. My luggage was even taken up to my room and brought back down for me! Shannen, Divina, Mae, and Ryan were fantastic hosts. They were super responsive and helpful when I had questions and regularly checked in on my stay to ensure everything went smoothly.

the place is tidy and nice to stay, and close to the market and grocery store. the only thing that the space of the room is small. I really recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfortable staying 10/10.
