Hello dear! Welcome to Homestay 12! We offer 6 rooms with 6 double beds. For an additional fee, we can add 5-10 single floor beds. There are 8 toilets and bathrooms. There is a 24-hour self-service laundry downstairs where you can wash and dry your clothes.It's convenient to eat at the Ma Ma stall next door.You can enjoy the most authentic food in Malaysia. In particular, there is a Chinese coffee shop near here that has been in business for 40 years, "Soon Heng Huat Cafe", which is highly recommended ~ it is located at no. 123, Jalan Cendana 1, Taman Rinting.It is a good place for breakfast and lunch for large families with affordable prices, serving hometown flavours such as wonton noodles, flour rice, curry noodles, clear soup noodles, etc. There is Mydin, Lotus, Today's Market nearby, and there is also Mc D/KFC/Pizza Hut/Burger King/Kuu Van Cha/Marry Brown/Family Mart. It is very convenient to buy and eat! The crossroads in front of the B&B is the gas station for convenient refueling, 7-11, 99speedmart convenience stores are also nearby. Attention!
