Gabriel's house accommodated us with great comfort! He was very kind and the checkin was very simple. The house is well located, just minutes from several restaurants and close to the coast. We love the space.

The place was very clean, quiet and walking distance to everything. It has everything you need for a short or long stay. María and Manuel were very friendly and flexible with check-in and check-out times. We would definitely stay again!

Janet is a very friendly person. She greeted us at the accommodation and welcomed us.. Her accommodation is beautiful , it comes with everything you need for a pleasant stay. It even has more than what you usually find for example cookies , things to cook and in the fridge. Communication is very good. Not very close to downtown but is easy to mobilize. Definitely highly recommended.

Very nice cabin that could perfectly fit 2 people, with everything you need inside and heating works perfectly. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. Although the location is not directly in the city centre, it takes 20/25 minutes walking or there is a bus as well. Definitely recommend it.

the house is very nice and comfortable, the privileged location, it is a typical old patagonian house on two floors, the comfortable beds, with everything you could need for a stay like home, a block from a commercial area. The floors are made of antique wood so walking on the second floor in the room sector generates crugidos enbla wood (for those with bad sleep). Not suitable for people with limited mobility since all bathrooms have access with stairs. Otherwise great, I would come back and recommend 100%.

we stayed one night , we needed to rest because we were doing shopping and a lightning trip, Mariela adapted to our arrival time, I wait for us even though we arrived late and welcomed us very well . She was very friendly when she greeted us and showed us the apartment We were able to rest since the area is very quiet and also has a private place to park the vehicle. the apartment has comfortable beds a very good shower (I clarify about the shower because the area is very cold and it is important to be able to take a warm bath) and has everything you need to have a pleasant stay

The apartment is as shown in the pictures, everything was in accordance. I liked that we were able to park the car inside the premises, since in chile it is half confusing where to park properly. We slept very well, the bed is a 10/10. Maybe I would say a bit of extra heating is needed in the kitchen/dining room nothing more. Paola is very nice, I highly recommend it. Everything was great.

A great place to spend a few days, with an excellent vibe!! It is a little far away but as we had a vehicle it was not an inconvenience.

Together with my family we had to travel urgently to Punta Arenas after the accident of a family member. They responded very quickly and were very diligent. Don Cesar was very attentive to me and my family, with a very willingness to help us and facilitate our stay, taking a lot of consideration with our situation and showing a lot of humanity. On the other hand, the house itself is very cozy. It was clean and well equipped. Everything was excellent the truth, we were very grateful. I definitely recommend booking with Viviana y Cesar.

The environment is wonderful, wild rabbits can be observed, it is very quiet, organized, clean, inside the condominium the staff is very friendly as well as the community. The apartment has a wonderful view at sunrise, I recommend one day at least in its instance to get up to appreciate it. The apartment is very comfortable, it has all the equipment to feel at home, especially if they go for excursions you can use the washing machine. The park is appreciated especially if you are traveling with a child@ like me. If you travel in a good climate you can move by walking to some nearby places such as a franca area, wetland, mall (where the super market is located, food patio among other shops). The main avenue has a whereabouts where locomotion of the area passes as micros with a tour. If you don't have a car like me using Uber to move you will facilitate your stay.
