Three-story house one block from Mansa Beach. Spacious and bright spaces. On the first level is the garage for two autos. You go up a few steps and find a large balcony to sit and have breakfast, for example, and listen to the birds singing that arrive every morning. You enter the spacious living room. A guest bathroom. One en-suite bedroom. Kitchen. On the third level there are 3 spacious bedrooms, one en-suite and another full bathroom. In the back is the grill with table and benches.

Excellent house in San Rafael neighborhood, large garden of 1600 m2, swimming pool of 8x4 meters, 3 blocks from the sea, excellent environment very safe and quiet area. Fully enclosed house, very intimate and sheltered for maximum privacy. It is a typical villa in the area with Roman tiles recycled and conditioned to enjoy a nice holiday. Please note that linens and towels are not included in your stay. Actual consumption of electricity and drinking water is charged separately.
