Ci troviamo a poca distanza dalle spiagge più famose della Costa Smeralda, a circa 5 minuti di macchina da Porto Rotondo e 25 da Porto Cervo. L'aeroporto di Olbia dista 15 minuti. La posizione è ottima.

Cozy apartment located really close to the beach (20 metres far away). Two levels: upper level is an attic open space, lower level has bathroom, kitchen, living area and balcony. 6 beds (1 queen size and 2 single beds @ upper level / 1 double sofa bed @ lower level). TV with DVD player, washing machine, microwave, kitchenette. Nice view on the Maddalena's Archipelago, 5 minutes walk from the town and from other beaches, shops, restaurants, kids area and the harbour (get a ferry to Maddalena).

In pochi minuti a piedi si accede alla Costa Corallina con magnifiche spiagge attrezzate e libere, servizi bar e ristorante, e poi al paese di Porto San Paolo. A 10 minuti a piedi la spiaggia caraibica di Porto Istana dotata di tutti i servizi.

Porto Istana è una piccola località a sud di Olbia di fronte alla isola di Tavolara. Vicinissima al porto e all’aeroporto, ha una bellissima spiaggia con un mare cristallino e bassi fondali. La spiaggia, in parte libera e in parte attrezzata, offre anche 3 punti di ristoro e noleggio gommoni.

Vermentino - Small beautiful cottage in Olbia

Detached beautiful Stazzo Gallurese, recently renovated with a special attention to the original architectural frame. 2 kms away from Olbia and 9 from the sea, its closest beaches are Pittulongu and Marinella, in the pictures attached. Worth trying!
