La maison a été décorée avec soin pour que vous vous y sentiez tout de suite bien, la literie choisie pour un repos régénérant. Tous les extérieurs ont une vue sur la mer et de nombreux endroits ont été aménagés à l’ombre ou au soleil pour un farniente salvateur.

La vista del mare, con l’isola dell’Aire e il suo faro davanti a noi, e la tranquillità sono ciò che più caratterizza questo luogo di pace. Le ampie vetrate, presenti in ogni ambiente, danno luce a tutta la casa, consentendo di godere della bellissima vista del mare.

A comfortable space, tastefully renovated and very well equipped (Internet fiber 500Mb, air conditioning, 160cm bed, ...) in which to enjoy its terrace and its huge pool, which includes a children's area. Beautiful place, ideal to rest and a step away from restaurants of national and international food.

Villa Linda has been my family's summer house for more than 50 years. The villa was completely renovated in 2017, with great care and attention to detail. The 250m² house is located in a spacious 1000m² garden with a fantastic private pool and an outdoor pergola with a barbecue. All details have been taken care of: a great living room-kitchen of 70m², with all amenities, 5 double and spacious bedrooms (two of them with en-suite bathrooms), and even a private garage.

Casa de vacaciones recién reformada en una zona muy tranquila en el sur de Menorca, Son Ganxo. Consta de 4 habitaciones, 4 baños (uno exterior), amplia cocina y salón y una zona exterior muy agradable. Dos habitaciones con cama doble con baño en suite (uno con ducha y otro con bañera), dos habitaciones con dos camas individuales que comparten un baño interior y otro baño completo (con ducha) exterior. The porch has a barbecue and has a table with a capacity for eight people. It has stunning views of the sea!
