Stunning modern villa, one minute from the beach

Villa Linda has been my family's summer house for more than 50 years. The villa was completely renovated in 2017, with great care and attention to detail. The 250m² house is located in a spacious 1000m² garden with a fantastic private pool and an outdoor pergola with a barbecue. All details have been taken care of: a great living room-kitchen of 70m², with all amenities, 5 double and spacious bedrooms (two of them with en-suite bathrooms), and even a private garage.

House built in 2000 in the minorquin style with a large terrace overlooking a beautiful garden pool overlooking the sea. 4 bedrooms including 2 master suites with their own bathroom and a large bathroom shared by the other 2 bedrooms. Plenty of storage. Large living room overlooking the terrace. Very quiet street in the greenery 400 m from the sea and 3 drive from the charming village of Binibeca Vell. The house is fully equipped.
