Lovely house in a high and quiet area with a large veranda and sea view, a 10-minute walk from Cannigione beach. Cannigione is a small seaside village 15 minutes from Porto Cervo and Baja Sardinia and 10 minutes from Palau, reachable from Olbia in 30 minutes, which offers various services including pharmacy, restaurants, pizzerias, cafes, ATMs, supermarkets, etc. In addition, you can take excursions to the islands of the La Maddalena archipelago and take weekly sailing and windsurfing courses.

It is in excellent condition and offers 2 double bedrooms with closet and a room with double sofa bed, a living room with fireplace, a kitchen with appliances and two bathrooms with shower. Outside we find a veranda, terrace with sea view, outdoor shower, gas barbecue. Parking space inside the property for 1 car. Wi-Fi at 50 Mbps. Pets not allowed.
