Loved the place. All amenities were present and the room and washroom was very clean. Subrat is a great host who made our stay very good and peaceful.

room was beautiful and well furnished but a little bit conjusted sweetable for 4 /5 person not for 6 .Caretaker was good and cooperative .

Prishita is a great host 😄 Property was right across beach and had all the facilities listed in the description. It had an amazing view of sunrise over shore from the balcony. Pool and garden inside the property were also well maintained. Beach was almost empty and felt a private beach Overall a amazing place experience

A nice stay @ Swan Regale ! It was a peaceful stay in a flat and in a place which is away from crowd(this is how we wanted). The host was friendly and also provided contact numbers of autorickshaw drivers who will come to pick us and drop nearby Puri Temple(which 4+ km far)

Kamal is a very friendly and responsive person.. The view of Jaganath temple and the sea from his room is awesome. His apartment is well maintained with all amenities available. One would feel like home during the stay.

Location is far away from Swargadwar or from main city place.. everytime you go to the city place min. Ra.150 auto charges need to pay.. No marketing area nearby to buy grocery. Beach is very close and staffs are great, would always make you feel at home. Morning road side breakfast not available at all other than the highly paid nearby hotel's breakfast menu.. Location is good to relax as locality is not noisy at all.

Amazing Host, and a lovely place. Squeaky clean, well maintained, and equipped with all necessities. A bit tricky to locate at first, but the host is very responsive. The Jagannath Temple is at a walking distance so that's a pro. Totally recommended.

Mr.Asish was very helpful in everything. The EV auto service he provided was the best. Available at any time on one call. Though the surroundings are not scenic, the only thing I find that could add to the excellence is, maybe an induction heater in the kitchen. Overall, It was a great experience. Would recommend it 💯!

It’s a great place to stay.Location is very beautiful and close to railway station . This place is very well maintained...Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Mr.Sunil ( Caretaker ).The home cooked food was yummy,cooked by Mr. Sunil. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We loved the ambience. I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely want to come back to this place again. . Thank you Sir for being a nice host.

Had a nice time staying here. They have caretaker who helps you with everything during the stay, which was very helpful. He helped with groceries and transport and even with darshan. And they have everything like at a home - washing machine, fridge, kettle and utensils and cooking stuff and the family gave us basic ingredients and other stuff. Also have private parking. The area was quiet and it felt like a farmhouse, the whole house is very large whole this apartment was on the top floor with a terrace. Would definitely recommend. It is also pet friendly which was a relief

You just feel like home, every thing was better than expected... For every next time we visit Puri this homestay is a must... & Not to forget the Caretaker he is a gem..a big thanx to him..

Rooms are good. Restaurant inside society they charge more. Issue is there no auto bus or Ola uber service in that place. 2 auto will always be standing there outside the building which will charge 300+ to go anywhere. For me auto asked 600 to drop to railway station and 300 for Jagganath temple. Those 2 auto is only the thing to travel to the city. If there is no auto standing then its your bad luck Don’t think of uber and Ola as Ola is not in puri and for uber it’s outside city so it will not come. Not even a single shop is there to buy anything. Sea beach is 500 Mtrs there is nothing to do it’s completely empty other than water there is not a single human or bird. Better if u want stay only inside room and have own vehicle then it’s a superb deal else If you don’t have ur own vehicle then better go for inside city limit options. Host is helpful they will help u with a mobile number with which you can take Scooty or car on rent. Jai Jagganath !

We had a pleasant stay here. Everything was as expected. The host was very helpful as well. The only issue we found was that the freezer in the fridge didn't work. Other than that, it's a nice place for a weekend getaway.

stay was really nice according to the price but the location is far from beach and mandir...toto auto almost charge 400 rupees for wherever you want to go

Nice place to stay in puri. One of the bathtub is broken. Do not expect to relax in bathtub. Rahul is very helpful and friendly person. Rooms and utensils are clean and you can use the kitchen if you need. We enjoyed the stay in Rahul place and would have stay another more day if we were not in hurry.
