Great convenient studio unit in the heart of the private Cuscowilla Resort. Located an hour and fifteen minutes from Atlanta and a perfect home base for a trip to Augusta in early April. The gated community offers walking trails, a dock behind the villa and lake access for our guests. Small piece of paradise-Bluebird Lakefront house.

A great home if you're visiting or working in the area. Lots of comfortable spots indoor and outdoor to relax and live the lake life and keep making beautiful memories. Gas grill, firepit, 2 new kayaks, life vests and everything one would like to find in a lake house. This area is great for fishing and we have an awesome boathouse for your boat. Nice and quiet neighborhood, very convenient for your needs - marina, public boat ramp, grocery store, restaurants, shopping just minutes away.
