The cottage is a self contained one bedroom unit, ideally suited to a couple, or by prior arrangement could accommodate a young family. Surrounded by mountains and views of Ben Ohau, with private walking access to Lake Middleton, this is a perfect base to explore the Mackenzie region or to relax on the sunny deck, or check out the amazing night skies!

High Country Escape

Welcome to our family holiday home, set amongst mature trees in a large tranquil garden. It’s an easy walk to the town centre, cafés, pubs, shops and the playground. The house is sunny, warm and comfortable with heat pumps in every room and a log burner if you prefer a fire. Lots of outside space for kids to burn off energy. Three bedrooms, 1 bathroom (a separate toilet), an open plan modern kitchen, dining, living area and laundry. We are equipped for young children.

CLASSIC KIWI FAMILY BATCH Unlimited WIFI. *Family Orientated, with Toys/games and bikes. Great place for a couple of families, there is plenty of room for everyone. 2 Bedrooms in the home, Plus plenty of Bunks in the sleep-out with a toilet and basin also. The sunroom overlooks the street is a lovely quiet spot to relax & read a book. The Fully fenced section is spacious and private, with a sheltered BBQ area. Pets= we do accept pets, but they must stay outdoors.

Cosy Accommodation

Brand new unit with ensuite. Your stay will be private as the house beside the unit is our holiday residence and won't be occupied. There is a toaster, kettle, microwave, small fridge, cutlery and crockery provided. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. Linen is provided alone with 2 towels, 2 faceclothes and a hand towel. There is off street parking and it is about a 10 min walk into the township or to the river.
