Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Quảng Nam

Stayed here a couple of nights and really enjoyed it. The apartment was very clean and tidy, exactly like the photos. Quinny (co-host) was very responsive and answered questions I had right away. The neighborhood was lovely. Quite, away from busy, touristy areas - I was living among locals for the time I was there. Recommend staying here if you want more of a local stay while visiting Da Nang, but also near local attractions.

This was such a great space, the room is clean and modern with SO MUCH storage! The bathroom was very clean, great water pressure and a consistent temperature! The communal washer and dryer are super easy and convenient, a huge plus if you’re backpacking around SE Asia and need to freshen up! I loved the location, on a quiet street with some cafes but then if you go a couple blocks over there’s numerous restaurants, bars and pubs for some upbeat nightlife! A quick walk away is the beautiful beach, I will definitely stay here again if I end up in Da Nang again!

Incredible Accommodation. Harley is an incredible Host, she proactively communicated and was very responsive to any questions had. The photos resembled the studio suite and resort. The room is bright, spacious, clean, and equipped with a comfortable king bed, linens, and kitchen needs. The view from the patio is amazing. The resort and facilities (pool areas, gym, beach area) are well managed and meticulously maintained. The staff very friendly and welcoming. The resort is within close proximity to An Bang Beach, Rice Fields and Hoi An Old Town. We look forward to returning. We highly recommend Harley as a host, the accommodation, and resort!

The staff was very friendly, and the location was just perfect – right by the river and the Vincom Plaza shopping center. We really enjoyed our stay!

This was the perfect spot for a one month stay. It is on a quiet street, away from the hustle of Hoi An which I appreciated; however, folks who are looking for easier access to restaurants with Western-style food might not appreciate the 20-30 minute walk for this. If you are into Vietnamese food, options are nearby and plentiful. Likewise, there is an abundance of coffee shops in the area. It is also about a 10 minute walk to the market for fresh produce if you want to prepare your own food. I look at this as opportunities for exercise. Since the kitchen is shared by nine different apartment dwellers, it is probably not a surprise that some folks are cleaner and tidier than others. An excellent feature of this stay is that Nam is very fast about responding to messages. For instance, the hot water kettle broke while I was there and he replaced it the same day it was reported. There also needed to be a minor repair in my apartment and the handyman was sent right over. Thank you!

This apartment building is located close to beach, bars and restaurants but you'll never hear the noise. The building is well designed and I felt very comfortable staying here. Access to the washer & dryer is a bonus, book it before it's gone!

Everything was around the property, so it was very convenient. The accommodation was also neat and perfect. I'll use it again next time. Luggage storage was available, and the rooftop barbecue party was an unforgettable memory. The rooftop, fridge, sink, speaker, Jacuzzi, etc. were all very great.

Quite simply the most comfortable and well situated accommodation! It was spacious, beautifully decorated and the beds were VERY comfortable. The hosts even bought my partner a cake for his birthday as a surprise, such a lovely and thoughtful gesture. Right in the heart of Hoi An but tucked away and nice and quiet. Would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting! I hope to visit again soon and stay in this beautiful air BnB :)

It was such a nice Airbnb. The location is also in a hot neighborhood and we were able to walk to nice cafes and shops and restaurants. So it was so nice to hang out and go home at night. The house also has a large swimming pool for the price, and there are four bedrooms on the two floors, and it was so nice. I used it as a couple this time, but I think it would be nice to come with my family next time. I'll use it again next time.

This is the best accommodation You're really kind, and the house is cleaner and better than the pictures. I think it's an absolutely regrettable choice.

This place is truly wonderful, even more beautiful than the images. It's a real haven outside the busyness of Hoi An. We were two families of four with kids aged 7-10 and it was perfect for us. The kids loved the pool, which is a great depth and was warm enough for them to play in for hours. The location of the villa is incredible -- a few steps from an amazing beach cafe with incredible fresh food and just a few more steps onto a lovely, peaceful beach. Lots of swimming, wave jumping and sand castle making. We loved our five days here, it was so chilled and relaxing and the hosts were amazing helping us out with recommendations and transport. I can't recommend this place enough, one of our best Airbnb stays.

The host was friendly and kept the pool management clean every day. There are two grocery stores within walking distance, so I used them often. I was able to stay comfortably, so I extended it and checked out late ^ ^

Our host was absolutely wonderful! she went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable. we were greeted with thoughtful touches like fresh bread, snacks, and complimentary water, which was so appreciated after our travels. What truly stood out was her dedication to making our stay special. She provided an extensive list of recommendations, from must-see sights to fantastic local eats including great vegetarian options. She even helped us book tickets to Bà Nà Hills and arranged reliable drivers, taking so much stress out of planning. The Airbnb itself was even better than the photo! spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully designed, with lush greenery surrounding the property. It felt like a peaceful retreat, yet so cozy and homey. We stayed for more than two nights and were pleasantly surprised that housekeeping came to tidy up (a rare thing for Airbnb) It had all the comforts of a hotel but with way more charm and value! Loved my stay here! 🥹🥰🥰🥰

The house is lovely and beautifully designed, the balcony is big and gorgeous. The only thing that bothered me that the water in the filter smelled like a worker, the host said it was normal, but it smelled bad to me.

10th floor with balcony overlooking the vast ocean. This beautiful condo provided the relaxation and healing that I was looking for. The beautiful and caring host made my stay in this foreign town so perfect. I extended my stay and would stay longer if it just were available. Now, i have a special place to come back to. My recommendations for Kathy's condo are only above and beyond all others. Thank you.

3 rooms and 3 bathrooms definitely worth the money, it is an ideal place for family to stay. However, the floor is a little bit dusty, the room has lots of mosquitoes, not sure if it's the weather or something else.

Huy is a great host and very accommodating. He is very quick to action your request to make your stay here even better. The place is nice and we also enjoyed the pool on warm days. The Danang beach is only a 5 min walk. There are restaurants, massage, hair salons, mini marts and markets all within walking distance to here. If you love to walk and explore it’s amazing how many great restaurants there are. We loved this place and extended till the end of our trip. Totally would recommend!!

was cozy and comfortable place to stay 3 family ( inc dog). Very modernized, and great location to go here and there. I was sorry that only stay 2 nights at there. If we come once again, will gonna stay here as much as longer. Even more we bring our dog at there, there wasn't any restrictions to stay with. that was most awesome part. Ah,FYI during the evening hours when many people are using water, the water pressure may temporarily decrease.

First of all, the host is a lovely woman, who went above and beyond to make us happy. Helped us store our gear before check-in time, quickly took care of any issues. And even went above and beyond to help me find a credit card I lost, including looking at the security cameras of the building and the adjacent supermarket. So much to take for granted. I thank you with all my heart🙏 Beyond that, the location is great, there is a lot to do within walking distance, 4 convenience stores under the house, a nice pool for families and children.

The host is fantastic! He let us check in early, gave us a gift when we checked out and even held our luggage for us. Very clean, with amazing amenities. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Da Nang!

Lovely villas and a great breakfast, also a beautiful clean pool but it's the staff that are the real stars here! The location is a little away from the Old Town ( 10min by bike, which they also have available for free) but it makes it nice and peaceful. We had a perfect few days in Hoi An staying in the Orhid Garden Villas.

We had a wonderful stay. The staffs were friendly and ever ready to help. Old town is easily reachable from the apartment. There is option to borrow bicycle. The apartment was spacious and well equipped, with fridge, washer and dryer. It also has a rooftop swimming pool.
