The 1st cottage built on the estate in 2021, Le Cerf, is the perfect place to relax, enjoy nature, good food with friends and family while having access to all the amenities and comfort you can imagine. In the heart of nature, to the sound of the river and birds, 30 km from Quebec City, you will feel relaxed, letting yourself be lulled by the benefits of the great outdoors.

La Maison du Forgeron/Riverfront; direct access

Located in the heart of the village of Saint-Jean, this bicentennial house is located directly on the banks of the river. Take advantage of the charm of this residence to fill up on sweet moments. Here you will rest! Sip your coffee, take advantage of the access to the shore to go for a walk and admire the landscape that the St. Lawrence River offers you. If you prefer, go around the island, harvest your supper along the way and taste these local sweets while watching the sunset.

Situated on a 1-acre property with mature trees and a breathtaking view of the St. Lawrence River, come and recharge in the countryside, just 20 minutes away from Old Quebec. On-site amenities include a spa, indoor and outdoor wood-burning fireplaces, BBQ, accommodation for 10 people, and 3 bathrooms.
