Our stay at Wildwood Cabin was amazing. It was tucked away and felt very remote yet still close to restaurants and the beach. The property is private and the sounds of the rainforest at night was so peaceful.

This was my second stay and would highly recommend. The hosts are very friendly and respond quickly to messages. It's a lovely quiet location and the cottage is clean and spacious.

A lovely little getaway. Very cozy and grounding. Gina was very welcoming and left me to do my own thing. Overall was a very peaceful, quaint and relaxing stay. Would recommend.

Our stay was cut short, but the place was lovely and very peaceful. Hans is a very welcoming host. We will have to return!

The house is in a perfect location across from the park and beach and amazing sunset views. The house is huge and was great for six of us as it had bedrooms and bathrooms both upstairs and downstairs. The kitchen and bathrooms were very modern. The beds were very comfortable. It was great to be able to take our dog with us and had a good sized backyard for our dog. We had an amazing stay and had a relaxing holiday. I would highly recommended Darrin's place and can't wait to visit again. Darrin was a great host and very responsive and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay. Fantastic historic cabin peaceful with amazing views. We were fortunate to experience Dean's extensive collection of leather work from the past and what he currently makes. A totally enjoyable farm. Loved the horses and cows. Thanks Kim and Dean!

This was our first visit to Queensland's Scenic Rim region, and the Woodman's Cottage was a perfect choice. Gary and Claire and their little doggo Maggie are very welcoming, but never intrusive, hosts. Their property is tranquil, with beautiful grounds and amazing views to the mountains and sunsets. We loved that the cottage was so private and comfortable, and is only a short drive to cafes and shops. We also loved the little bbq shed, with an old Kooka stove converted into a bbq. It's the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine in the afternoon watching the beautiful sunset. We were in the area for a wedding and really appreciated Gary's help with directions to the wedding venue. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing stay.

We had such a wonderful stay at Kali’s beautiful cottage. It was cosy, clean, and had all the essentials we needed for a relaxing couples getaway. The setting was peaceful, and the thoughtful touches throughout made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend – 5 stars!

It was such a treat to stay at Emily and Adams beautiful Blak Shak! Everything was divine. From the luxury bed linen and comfortablebed, lush towels that seemed to dry instantly, robes, the peaceful and relaxing bath with bath salts, private verandah with tranquil surrounds. My favourite was the T2 tea and coffee selection along with beautiful teapot and cups. Fireplace,record player, full kitchen with quality utensils. What more could you want! My favourite Air Bnb stay to date! We will be back and we will be recommending to everyone they must experience The Blak Shak 🩵 Thank you for wonderful stay Emily and Adam.

Firefly was even better than we thought it was going to be. Complete privacy, awesome accommodations and everything we needed for a peaceful getaway and Wayne & Jodie were lovely hosts. We will definitely return.

Can’t wait to come back! Such a dreamy private spot. We had bad weather unfortunately but it was still really cozy and Jules did thoughtful things to make sure we could enjoy a fire and the outdoor table even with the rain. I would recommend boots/ gumboots if coming in wet weather. The toilet and shower are on the outside of the cabin so you need to walk around in the rain.

Nicely renovated heritage cottage. Clean and airy. Very liveable and comfortable. In a good location as a base for getting around Rockhampton

Mads.. we have no words!! We couldn’t have asked for a more tranquil, quiet, relaxing getaway! We explored a portion of the gardens until finding the video on BHG from the owners of the house and realised they were happy for us to explore more (we needed to see the wisteria even if it is autumn) we just didn’t want to disturb others. The gardens have inspired us for our future home! The cottage was clean, comfortable, and set in an incredible location to make it private. Kangaroos jumped past our windows. We could see birds in the lake. We strolled and found horses to pat and some sheep and chickens enjoying foraging. Would’ve love to have seen the peacock roaming but even a kelpie came close to the cottage to say hello from a distance. The small touches of breakfast in the fridge made all the difference! You were prompt with your replies while we stayed and we cannot thank you enough! We cannot wait to come back and make more lifetime memories in this location!

Worth every single penny we paid! This place is so tranquil and such an oasis, even though there are other cabins on the property and there was some people staying in the one of the ones nearby, we didn’t see a single soul. The layout and placement of the grounds is clearly very intentional and thoughtful. There is no road noise only the beautiful sounds of Aus wildlife. The view is even better in person, so beautiful on cloudy or sunny days - truly mesmerising. The place has lots of nice touches, board games, some Kenilworth cheese in the fridge and robes and slippers. Something that I found particularly notable is just how incredibly clean things were, the bathroom was truly pristine and I feel like that can be rare in an Airbnb. Only 10 minutes to Maleny centre and about 20 to Montville. & Carol & Colin were really friendly to deal with. It was the weekend away that we needed, only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. We will definitely be back!!!!!!

A beautiful accomodation in the hinterland of Murwillumbah. We spent our days exploring the beaches and towns and the late afternoons relaxing and enjoying the views and the sunsets. We especially loved seeing a large flock of black cockatoos.

Absolutely loved our overnight getaway, was super easy (and lovely) drive to get to the place and was such a tranquil space once we got there. Thanks so much for having us!

Roslyn is a wonderful host, she was extremely helpful and provided extensive information about things to do in the local area. She unexpectedly provided us with yummy snacks, a lovely bottle of bubbles for us and treats for our dog. The property is lovely and well set up for pets, our greyhound loved having a fenced area she could roam around in. I would highly recommend a stay at The Packing Shed.

I had the most beautiful and soul-refreshing stay at this retreat. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at peace. Gareth and Amanda have created a truly special space—it felt like stepping into a pocket of calm, where the world slows down and everything around you feels safe and soothing. Every detail was so thoughtful, calming, and filled with care. The accommodation was spotless, cosy, and surrounded by stunning nature. The decor, filled with lush plants and earthy touches, added such a grounding and vibrant energy to the space—it was a joy to wake up there each day. The bathhouse was absolutely incredible—such a dreamy, relaxing experience—and the fireplace added the perfect touch of warmth and comfort, especially in the evenings. It was the perfect place to slow down, breathe, and just be present. My partner and I had the most lovely time reconnecting and soaking in the serenity. I’m so grateful for the peaceful atmosphere this place offered and can’t wait to return.

Too cute !!! Betty Boop as a caravan was all we needed when it was time to turn in... They say the best room in the house, is NOT in the house... well this whole accommodation is basically a top-end glamping space with a serene view like no other!!! Kookaburras morning and evening... Cheeky young magpies skulking about for a few treats... just heaven !!! We would love to return again and again and again... didnt want to leave, seriously !!!! And please give Charlie a pat for us... the friendliest border collie totally living his best life 🙏🏽🕉❤️

A lovely spot for Bluesfest. Close enough to self-drive, or take the bus. Bring pushbikes if you want to take advantage of the bike trail into Byron. Loved the wildlife including a local possum and several friendly birds.
