Nice renovated house in the village of Dreffeac

Welcome to my great-grandparents' farm that I've been renovating since 2013! The house is in the middle of the village and is 100 m2. It is equipped to make you feel immediately at home. Very quiet and peaceful environment. WiFi. Shops nearby. The house is bright and very well insulated. In winter the fireplace can heat to 22 degrees and wood is provided. Two baby cribs are available on request as well as all childcare equipment and toys.

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

Equipped with a small kitchenette (microwave, small fridge, kettle), bathroom, with toilet and shower. Ideal for two people, with a 140 x 190 sofa bed (bed linen provided). Come and relax in a peaceful place, surrounded by trees and birdsong. You can move around the garden as you please. Shower in the caravan and nature package for dry toilets outside. Located near the Nantes-Brest Canal, you can reach the village via a path and along the canal. A canoe for two is available for your use.
