There is space to sleep six, the master bedroom is fitted with a superking sized bed and bedroom two is fitted with a 4ft double; the living room also has a sofa bed which is a double bed when folded out. Private back garden with LED lighting. 5 minute drive to Loughborough town and only a 15 minute drive from the beautiful Bradgate park. Off road parking 7kw electrical vehicle charging is available with advanced notice.

A large, light, bright studio. Decorated to a high standard, this self contained studio is a part of our house, has private access via an external staircase. The studio consists of a large living space and full bathroom. There is no kitchen but there is a fridge and tableware in the main room. The studio is perfect for visiting Loughborough University, just 15 minutes walk to the main Uni entrance. The loft has views over Beacon Hill and can walk directly out into the countryside. It is situated on a country lane which not a through road so very quiet. “Swift Retreat” is a beautiful one-bedroomed barn conversion in the attractive village of Thrussington in the heart of the Wreake Valley. Discounted rate! We are currently undergoing building work in the property next door. Whilst this won't directly affect the internal accommodation, there may be some noise/disruption outside during weekdays (8am-4pm). Our rates have therefore been discounted during this period.
