Refuge das Juçaras is a typical forest house, rustic, clean, cozy and surrounded by giant stones that make the terrain enchanted. The house is within an Environmental Protection Area, embedded in nature, including juçara palm trees, ferns and other beauties of the Atlantic Forest. At the bottom of the land passes the crystalline Alambari River, which separates our land from the Itatiaia National Park. The house is in a region close to the emerald wells of Serrinha. It's an enchanted place!

It is located 2.5 km from the entrance to Penedo which is a tourist spot with many bars, restaurants, shops and outdoor activities. The Chalé has a private garage covered in its outdoor area. In the internal environment we have a double bed, minibar, microwave oven, bathroom, Wi-Fi, TV and air conditioning. Note: Sleeps up to two people.

Modernist Chalet in the middle of the Forest

3000 m2 site surrounded by an Atlantic Forest in a protected area. The main house is a modernist chalet designed in 1962 by architect and artist Levy Menezes (1922-1991). The property is within the Itatiaia National Park. To access Guapuruvu Residency, you must identify yourself at the Park entrance as a residential visitor. Space not suitable for children and the elderly. Pets are not permitted in the Park. Satellite Internet.

New, newly built house (2024), accommodates up to 4 people with comfort and convenience. In the heart of Penedo, we are in the upper part of the Centre, close to the Finnish Museum. With an amazing view of Penedinho Pico, Serra where the story of Penedo began. - We provide all bed linen (sheet, bedspread, blanket, duvet and 1 pillow per guest); - We provide bath and face towels for the entire stay.
