It has two exterior bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, and a spacious living room with a fireplace and a conservatory overlooking the river on the upper floor. A kitchen with a dining area and a WC, with access to the patio and the porch, on the ground floor. A great deal of attention has been paid to lighting and comfort. This fabulous watermill stood empty and abandoned until it was recently fully restored and converted into a beautiful, comfortable home. Enjoy listening to the quiet rustling of the river while you drift off to sleep. The house sits on over a hectare of land and is extremely private, yet it has the convenience of being only a 2 minute drive to the local restaurant and a 5 minute drive the beaches and to the nearest village where you can find everything you need.

We are a couple who are committed to living in these mountains and decided to restore an old house respecting the original materials - stone and chestnut wood. The result is three individual rooms with 5 and 6 seats that, with their common areas, can be converted into a single room for a total of 17 people. We want you to feel at home in this magical setting.
