Hiking trails 1 double bed, 1 double sofa bed, extra mattress topper for sofa bed is in the closet in the laundry room/storage room. 1 single bed, 1 baby bed and 1 child travel bed. Towels, bed linen, coffee, tea, sugar, spices, paper towels, toilet paper, wet wipes and various soaps are in the apartment and can be used.

Enjoy your stay here by the beach in beautiful Larkollen. We have created a new apartment in our house, here in the nicest place we know of, and we are excited to share it with you. There is plenty of room for a family, or a group of adult friends who want to enjoy a weekend. The place is perfect for winter swimming with a subsequent sauna inside. Put on your bathrobe and go straight down to the dock. If anyone wants to be here for a little longer, it's a great quiet place to stay. With lovely nature just outside the doorstep.

We rent out a cabin and annex with a fantastic location in idyllic Larkollen about 1 hour drive from Oslo. Lake view and large garden with room for lots of play and fun. The cabin is located within a short walking distance from the convenience store Joker, Støtvig Hotel with diner, pool, spa and bowling alley and Losen as well as a few minutes walk to tennis courts, jetty and beach. Large lawn with football pitch, playground and barbecue area in the immediate vicinity. Evje golf park is located 8 min drive from the cabin.

A small and charming house by the sea

The house is located 40 metres from the sea and offers a fantastic view of Vestfold. Here, you can enjoy a hot tub, barbecuing on the gas grill, a covered seating area, and some fantastic sunsets. It's about a 2-minute walk down to the beach, where you can swim, dive and jump off the jetty, or enjoy a long, beautiful sandbank that the kids love. Inside, most of the amenities are available, and the view of the fjord is just as stunning from the sofa. The house is located at the second-to-last property on a cul-de-sac.

Short distance to small towns with restaurants, shops, bakery and fish shop with fresh fish and seafood from local fishermen. Saltholmen with sandy beach, Svaberg, marina and coastal path is only 7 min by car. 5 min. to a great golf course. It is 15 min to Fredrikstad and the cozy old town, an experience in itself. The cabin is a perfect place for relaxation in the sun or by the lake.

There are new queen sized beds with new Scandinavian duvets and pillows, one in the main floor and one in the loft. Perfect for a couple or a family with two teenagers, children or young persons that can clime the stair to the loft. There is also a crib for small babies.

Hytta har godt utstyrt kjøkken, TV med DVD og Apple TV på hemsen, stor trampoline og parkering til fire biler.

In this spacious and unique place, the whole group will be comfortable. The house has its own garden with trampoline and several outdoor areas. Also suitable for those with children. A three-minute walk takes you to the nearest beach. Walking distance to grocery store and several beaches, playgrounds and otherwise nice hiking areas. Fredrikstad, Moss and Sarpsborg are all 30 minutes away by car.

Enjoy relaxing days in this cozy cabin in Larkollen! The cabin consists of a living room/kitchen, three bedrooms, one guest room/TV room and bathroom. There is a large terrace with direct exit from the living room. Here you can both relax in the lounge and enjoy long meals around the dining table. You will also find a gas grill on the terrace. The plot is partly cultivated and partly natural.
