Peaceful and cozy living. We felt at home. We'd love to come back:-).

The apartment was nice, clean, large with lot's of light and large (shared) terrace. Everything was prepared for us. It's a great location for cycling trips (you can rent the bike there) and there is a lot of space for the skis during the winter. Kitchen was well equipped and I can recommend this place.

We were there for a hiking holiday in April. The location of the house is really great, right by the forest overlooking the rocks. The highlights of the region such as Adersbacher Felsen , Teplicer rock town, Bischofstein castle ruins are within walking distance, you practically don't need the car. Interesting for winter vacationers: location directly on the ski slope. In the village several good restaurants which were already open in the subaster season. Small grocery stores also on the spot. The house is cozy and roomy, beds are comfortable. Large beautiful fireplace, wood was sufficiently provided by the landlord. The host is very helpful and friendly and gave us lots of helpful tips. It would be nice if there was a little more space in the kitchen and bathroom cabinets to accommodate your own utensils, they were quite crowded. Sanitary facilities were all functional, but could be renewed. Overall, we were very satisfied.

Amazing host and a truly wonderful stay! The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. For the first time ever using Airbnb, the kitchen was fully equipped — a real bonus! Thank you for the warm hospitality. We hope to stay again on one of our future trips to the Czech Republic!

Brilliant house in a beautiful location. Pavel was a great host with quick and easy communication prior to and throughout our stay. The accommodation is even better than described and absolutely perfect for large groups.

The house is really beautiful - on a hillside overlooking the mountains, surrounded by trees. The walkers had a place to disappear for days, but a lot of us were just hanging out with a cup of coffee, admiring the views. You can completely forget about the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is fantastic for groups - it has space to park several cars in the summer, it is spacious inside, with many separate common spaces. There's a place to hang out, but there's a place for smaller groups. For board lovers, RPG games, or just shared meals, there are plenty of tables and chairs ;) The house has everything you need to spend many days there - dishes, dishwashers, refrigerators, etc. There is also a sauna and an outdoor heated bale. In addition, the house has an amazing atmosphere - beautiful old fixtures, wooden floor, sheep under the window... We spent an entire breakfast discussing the chairs in the upper dining room :D I recommend wholeheartedly <3

The place is beautiful, lots of space and ideally furnished for both families and a group of friends. Great communication with the host, replies to messages within minutes. I can only recommend accommodation.

Great communication, everything was ready and clean. There's nothing nearby, and much at the same time. A great base for trips of all kinds. We were two families, the space was more than enough for us, only the kitchen could use more cooking utensils. I would have liked the possibility of regulating the heating, the morning was cold.

Really nice house. We felt like we were at home. We had 4 kids all together and the house was perfect for everyone to have space. Everything is perfectly designed for the ski, walking holiday. The ski in Pec was really amazing. Kids instructors were really taking their time to teach the kids. Definitely will book this house again.

I recommend this property. Apartment 4, where we were with 4 people, is really big. Huge living room with kitchen, separate bedroom, bathroom, hallway. The bathroom had towels, a hair dryer, a washing machine for 3.5 kg load, a bowl, and a stool for children. In the kitchen there is a double induction hob, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, dishwasher cubes, cloth, sponge, dish soap, dustpan, tableware, etc. Stools and 4 chairs on the terrace. We were in New Year's Eve and I'll say it was hot in the property to the point that we had unscrewed heaters. In the living room, there is a huge couch that is 1.6m x 2m when unfolded. The apartment also had a vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer, etc. There is amazing contact with the host, responds quickly to messages, answers the phone, she is very helpful at check-in.

The place is a starting point for exploring the mountains. There's nothing to worry about, the beds are very comfortable, everything is fresh, the contact is seamless, all the instructions are clear and on the spot. Quiet and atmospheric neighborhood, Lower Silesia has its own "something". Highly recommended:)

Thank you so much for staying with Antoni again! We really love coming back to this home – it has an amazing vibe, with a fireplace that gives it a warm and homely feel. The kitchen is well-equipped, with a dishwasher, clean linens, towels, everything you need to feel at home. Plus a great BBQ shed! Sboboba nad Upa has very good bus connections that will easily take you to wonderful trails. There is also a bar, shop, and restaurant nearby. Contacting Anton is always very kind and helpful. Great weekend, the cottage offers complete privacy. A place behind the house fully prepared for a feast or campfire with stargazing. A communicative host, a place as described, and the opportunity to buy local products from the host! Best regards, and I recommend!

We felt well accommodated here over New Year's Eve. With two fear dogs the perfect escape from the noisy city! The cabin was totally quaint and cozy - the oven provided the necessary warmth in the cold season. If you can do something with simplicity and closeness to nature, you will be able to enjoy the accommodation very much. In addition, the intimate farm dog of Ewa accompanied us daily on a walk and showed us the way. The horses that looked into the house window from time to time were also a highlight!

We enjoyed all the space, the pool, the tranquility and the beautiful surroundings with our whole family! Communication with Jellie went smoothly, always quick feedback to our questions. The kids enjoyed the pool and when it got windy after a few days, the hood made sure it didn't get too cold. Totally super!

A great place to stay for a larger group of friends with kids, plenty of space to sit inside and out. Perfect communication with the owner, flexible check-in and checkout times. I can highly recommend.

An absolutely gorgeous place and ideal for families with kids. The property can accommodate up to 8. Has lots of play area for kids. Petr and his parents were very friendly and always available to help and provide guidance. The ground floor dining area is where we spent most of the time when we were at the property and the fireplace was ideal and kept us warm. The property has a lot of personality to it and we very strongly recommend this for anyone who is visiting east of Czech.

Natasja's place was as described. A really nice place and ideal for a group. There was nothing missing if you read the description properly. There are also many hiking destinations in the area. The surroundings are very quiet and beautiful. I'd love to come back.

great we have enjoyed the only thing we missed is a sofa where you can relax in the evening that really should be in the kitchen at the dining table with corner sofa not bad but at some point it's not really nice but again that is only rest ia fantastic thanks for the super nice time

We really enjoyed our stay at Kateřina’s house. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed, with exception of towels. The house is surrounded by nature and we spent a lot of time outside, playing outdoor games, grilling, and sitting by the fire. There was no wifi when we arrived on Saturday, so we had to contact Kateřina and request a connection, which we got on Monday. Overall, I would recommend Katerina’s house to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

Great place to stay – tranquil and perfect for recharging. Ideal for kids too, with a playground, horses, goats, and rabbits. Host was super nice. Its worth to check the village too.

We enjoyed the stay, the tranquility and great nature around the house was perfect for us adults, the children and the dog. There is also a nice barbecue to use.
