POPIELATO is a year-round, small house (35 m2), for 2 - 4 people, located on the edge of the village of Grudza - 15 minutes from Świeradowa Zdrój, 30 minutes from Szklarska Poręba. There's an amazing panorama of the Sudeten from here. The house has two separate bedrooms (including 1 on the mezzanine), kitchen, bathroom and living room. We have a fireplace and a hot tub (wood-fired), which you can enter directly from the large terrace. The cottage is located on a fenced-in plot (1,000 m2), which is perfect for pets.

Built with ecological materials and with own hands, the house is located on the foothills of Giebułtów, from where there is a spectacular view of the Mirsk valley, Świeradów-Zdrój, and on clear days, Śnieżka. The facility has two separate rooms on the mezzanine, a bathroom, an open living room with a kitchen and a stove to warm up on colder days. We offer a wood-fired sauna on request, and a bonfire area (charged additionally). Guests have at their disposal peace and quiet ad libitum.

Villa Toscana Luxury Loft & Sauna

The whole house exclusively located in Bory Dolnośląskie on the outskirts of the city. From the gate you go straight to the forest where there are beautiful bicycle and walking paths. House equipped with designer furniture, art. Fully equipped kitchen. Closeness to nature, wild animals, beautiful music and a fireplace. For cold evenings in the garden there is a hot tub and sauna. We invite you with dogs that are welcome and we do not charge any fee for them.
