There is a very cozy alcove for a nap or cozy nook, including an outdoor shower. The house is surrounded by a very large terrace all around. The garden invites to ball games and play, including a sandbox. There is only 20 min walk (5 min by bike, there are 6 by the house) from the lovely beach. the famous Maglehøje is 100 m from the house.

Here you can take a good afternoon nap and sip coffee in the shade🌳🌞 The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet cottage neighborhood. The garden is a natural plot with old trees. The river runs along the garden. Follow it for a pleasant walk of about 900 m. - then you will be on Rågeleje's beautiful beach.

The house contains kitchen in open connection with light combined dining and living room with wood-burning stove and exit to west facing, covered terrace, entrance hall, shower room and two bedrooms. In addition, there are two sleeping places in the alcove in the living room.
