We have the Park and golf course as our back garden and The Roman Villa and Castle/World Gardens as our neighbours. Castle 'Lavender' Farm is a short walk too. Brands Hatch is a short drive. Cottage style Kitchenette with miniature Belfast sink and cupboards. Small double raised bed with storage and dining table underneath. Fully centrally heated for those cosy winter/autumnal days. Walking enthusiasts will enjoy walks from the back door straight on to the North Downs Way and there is a bench by the front door fitted with a heated element, perfect for warming up your walking boots. Huge Luxury Studio Use of Parking & Garden

This unique space is huge, 500 sq ft!! and is close to Greenwich, Blackheath, The 02, Canary Wharf, City Airport and with a quick train journey to central London. You'll love the studio because of the location, the amazing views of canary wharf and the 02, with garden and key-box entry. This huge space is about the size of 4 London hotel rooms and so is a bargain. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers and families with young kids. Please read our 900 plus reviews.

Guests have their own front door, and there is a private deck looking out over neighbouring farmland . The studio has a private shower room, fresh towels and sheets are provided. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. 10 mins walk to the tube and 15 minutes to the c2c main line trains , which is 22 minutes into Fenchurch Street in London. There are Many local bars, restaurants and shops/takeaways in the nearby high street. Plenty of on road free parking. Annex has side gate access & is a completely separate building from the main house On arrival I provide milk and biscuits to help you settle in.
