This suite is on the upper level in the apartment building with plenty of natural lighting. There is a designated parking spot, security cameras, and external lights to ensure safety. The entrance is private and will lead to the large master bedroom as well as bathroom with laundry facilities. There is no kitchen in the unit but there is everything you need to make tea and coffee as well as a microwave and minifridge. Sliding doors in the master bedroom lead to a deck to enjoy or a BBQ to use. At 70 steps, it’s a bit of a trek to the dock, but once there, you can make use of the paddle board or kayak. Winter tires or all wheel drive highly recommended in winter!

This is a 2500 sq ft year-round home with open floor living area and lake views that will take your breath away! There is an electric sauna, an outdoor fire pit & a 3 season porch. Our dog friendly home sits on 12 acres of wooded land and we have 150 feet of rocky shoreline across the road. We are a 10 minute drive from downtown Ely on Shagawa lake.
