We’ll focus in more details on the North Indian cuisine which includes dishes like chapati, paratha (Indian breads), seasonal vegetable curries (garlic bhindi, aloo gobhi, dal, pumpkin curry, carrot curry, paneer masala, tinda curry, eggplant masala, baigan bharta, and gutaa curry). My wife Harshita and I will start with a demonstration and then you will have a chance to make round chapatis breads and a vegetable curry by yourself.
