Besplatan javni parking ispred zgrade. Dječiji kutak za goste koji dolaze s djecom. Apartman je u blizini javnog prijevoza (150 m), stadiona i dvorane Gradski vrt (650 m). U blizini su restorani te stara jezgra grada Tvrđa (2100 m).
