Well-equipped and charming house in newly renovated condition with municipal water and sewer (water toilet and shower). Private jetty with patio by the water and sandy beach. Southwest-facing balcony with lake view and lovely evening sun for cozy dinners and late nights out. Private sauna and 3 kayaks are located on the sandy beach. The house is located on an island without a land connection, a boat for crossing is included in the rental price (metal boat with easy-to-handle electric motor and oars). Boat dock and parking space are located at Aspvik's jetty, about 300 meters by water from the house.

The house with all the amenities is located on a large and undisturbed horse farm with its own jetty, close to the bus to Stockholm. The house is suitable for four people. One person can then sleep on a comfortable sofa bed in the living room (door to close if there is one). The sleeping area is on the upper floor where a wall separates the double bed from a single bed, so it's like two bedrooms. The double bed can be separated into single beds. Freshly made beds and towels. Two toilets are available with shower, sauna and washing machine. TV room sofa and Apple TV.

Walking distance to the sea and lake with three nice swimming areas suitable for children. Close to both Stockholm and the archipelago, 25-30 minutes to Stockholm city by car or bus from Gustavsberg. It is best to travel by private car. Bicycles are available. Also suitable for longer stays, there is workspace and fast Wi-Fi so you can work "from home." Washing machine.

This unique place has a style all its own that is something out of the ordinary. Wake up and take a morning swim on your own dock and then enjoy a good breakfast while you dip your toes in Insjön. Wood-fired sauna with panoramic windows & outdoor shower available on the dock Open the windows & sit down in the beautiful Lounge Chairs and just enjoy the view of the water. Air conditioning is available in the guesthouse so you sleep well in the warm summer night. The double beds are made with freshly pressed sheets from Mille Notti.

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.
