Cosy little appartment 28m2

The apartment is situated in the village Ruhci, in Istria. It is on the 1st floor of a family house. Please note that the rest of the floor is not finished yet, the interior part is still under construction which is the reson of the cheaper price. If you are a fancy person, this place is not for you, as you might not feel confortable. If you don't mind that much than it's ok. On the other side you can enjoy the calm and green area all around. And eat as much as figues and grapes as you want.

The apartment is located on the floor of a family house built more than 100 years ago when it served as a barn.
