The apartment is on the ground floor of a separate house of a listed farm, in a common courtyard with the owner's home. It has two double bedrooms, one with a dining area, a bathroom with a toilet, a sink, a shower. The separate kitchen has an entrance from the courtyard. It is equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, electric double cooker with oven, toaster, kitchen utensils, tea, coffee, outdoor seating. All rooms have entrances from the courtyard.
