Welcome to our charming cottage between Beauce and Perche, 38 m² outbuilding of our main house. Enjoy an independent garden and park your car in our private space. Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. If the weather permits, why not take a dip in the pool; play a game of tennis or take your bikes for a nice ride. Please note that during the winter period the swimming pool is closed from November 5 to April 15.

This 25m2 individual house offers all the comfort needed. Located in a flowered garden close to the main property, the house has an independent entrance and is accessible via a secure gate.
