The house is located on a ski mountain and on the cross-country ski trail. Hiking trails lead away directly in front of the house. In 8 minutes on foot: sports shop, bus stop, swimming lake. Culinary, 5 minutes walk: a café, a pizzeria and 2 restaurants. Or you can get the mushrooms and berries right behind the house...

Perfect mountain idyll in a perfect ambience. The Sova Suite offers tranquillity and creates new energy. This 65 m² apartment provides space for up to 4 people and convinces with its tasteful, modern interior with clean lines and pure elegance. The suite impresses with its excellent equipment: Two bedrooms with comfortable king-size beds ensure restful nights, while two bathrooms make morning routines easier. A private sauna is also part of the apartment and increases the feel-good factor.

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Parking is available on the property. A bread roll delivery service is available, or you can have breakfast in town (Sattlers, Steffl Bakery). Ski storage for two people at the gondola station is included. Dogs are welcome.
