Relax in the peaceful surroundings, gaze at the stars, or get active with sports. The way you want it. You can use the large garden. The property is located on a ski mountain and by the cross-country ski trail. Hiking trails start right outside the property. In 8 minutes walking, you can reach a sports shop, the bus stop, the swimming lake. Culinary, only 5 minutes walk, there is a cafe, a pizzeria and 2 restaurants. Or you can pick the mushrooms and berries right from behind the house.

Vacation home "Tenne"

The charming 35 m² apartment in Ramsau am Dachstein inspires sports and nature lovers with its ideal location. In front of the apartment, in winter, there is a cross-country ski trail and a hiking trail. A short 5-minute walk leads to the "Rittisberg," a versatile adventure mountain for the whole family. In winter it turns into a ski resort, in summer it offers a swimming lake, archery, climbing park and a roller coaster track as well as the starting point of numerous hiking trails.

Loft in Art Studio, Bad Ischl

Loft in the studio This stylish, cozy loft in Etienne's studio is located on the edge of the forest just outside Bad Ischl. Art and nature lovers get their money's worth here. Get in touch with the artist Etienne, who paints on the first floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is intoxicating. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

In winter, by car, it is only a few minutes from the varied 4-mountain ski resort Schladming Dachstein with its 232 kilometers of slopes! In summer you are in the beautiful hiking area and only 4 km from the Dachstein Tauern Golf and Country Club The chalet "Sunny Hideaway" offers rustic cottage character. Our place is good for couples and families with kids (e.g. 4 adults or a family with up to 3 kids).

Our loft is located in the town center and is ideal for your cross-country skiing or hiking vacation. In the stairwell, a ski and boot dryer is available for you and you can access the cross-country ski trail or the winter hiking trail in just a few meters. The sunny balcony also invites you to a lazy day. With a nice book from our library, you will quickly forget the stress of everyday life.

We offer completaly new appartement finished July 2019. Appartement is situated in first floor and it is for 4 people. It has two separated sleeping rooms (each for 2 people), living room with equiped kitchen (also TV), bathroom with shower and WC. Beautiful view to the mountains 🏔️ You have to pay 3,50 Eur/night/person TouristTax after your arrival (Kids till 15 years are free)

My loft is characterized by it's cozyness and perfect location for summer and winter tourism in Schladming (skiing, trekking, rafting, cycling, climbing...). On the sunny terrace you can have your meals outside or just enjoy the beautiful view to the mountains and the Planai. As I sometimes live in this apartment there are personal things which I kindly ask you to treat well :)
