Warm welcome to our cozy, cottage in a semi-detached house (2023) with loft and electric car charger in Bruksvallarna. It accommodates 7+2 guests. Pets unfortunately not welcome. The house is located 200 meters from the cross-country ski track and a 7-minute walk to the grocery store, sports shop, ski stadium. Well-equipped house with underfloor heating, 2 bedrooms, loft, 2 sofa groups, 2 bathrooms, sauna, TV, stove, drying cabinet, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, Wi-Fi (300 kbps). You can either choose your own cleaning (extra cleaning fee SEK 250) or purchase cleaning for SEK 1,100 (RUT).

At the plot boundary, there is the opportunity to enjoy nice trails for hiking, cross-country skiing and MTB. 500 m to the lift for downhill skiing at Funäsdalsberget. Also within walking distance to the soccer field and outdoor gym. In Funäsdalen's center, there are grocery stores, restaurants, liquor stores, shopping, etc. With nature as a neighbor, there are all the possibilities for a rich outdoor life. The area offers plenty of activities but also peace and quiet in the cottage by the fireplace. Cleaning upon departure is included.

Down in the valley there is fishing, swimming in the river and a nice sandy beach by the Baltic Sea which is also visible from the property. Cycling and hiking from the property, golf courses a drive away. Change on Sundays.

Fresh, cozy and well-equipped apartment with ski-in and all Ramundberget's experiences and services within easy walking distance. In winter, it is hundreds of meters to the lift and to Lill-Ramis for the little ones. The cross-country trails in the Nordic Ski-center system are around the corner. In summer, you have Ljusnan and several hiking and biking trails below the house. The summer lift that lets you whiz downhill on a mountain bike and the beautiful 9-hole golf course along Ljusnan are equally close. Private parking with engine heater.

The slopes, Lill-ramis, the country store, restaurants and cross-country trails are within walking distance. The nearest lift is about 200 metres away. If you visit the apartment in the summer, there are hiking trails and biking trails in close distance. Ramundberget also offers down hill riding with mountain biking as well as a golf course. Ljusnan where you can take a refreshing swim is about 200 meters from the apartment.

We rent out our cozy newly built house with a fantastic location in Tänndalen for at least three nights. Fully equipped cabin with a fabulous view of the mountain peaks from the living room and bedroom makes our place unique. The house has municipal water and sewage, toilet with shower, newly built wood-burning sauna and parking by the house. Here you enjoy the silence and the view. Perfect starting point for skiing on the mountain at the foot of Hamrafjället and close to Andersborgstugan.
