Warm welcome to our cozy, cottage in a semi-detached house (2023) with loft and electric car charger in Bruksvallarna. It can accommodate 7+1-2 guests. Unfortunately, pets are not welcome . The house is located 200 meters from the cross-country tracks and a 7 minute walk to the grocery store, sports shop, ski stadium. Well-equipped house with floor heating, 2 bedrooms, loft, 2 sofa groups, 2 bathrooms, sauna, TV, fireplace, drying cabinet, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, wifi (300 kbps). You can choose your own cleaning service with an inspection fee of an additional SEK 250, or purchase cleaning for SEK 2,200 before any RUT (tax deduction for cleaning) deductions.

Note: minimum 3 days, but from Christmas to Easter I only rent out for a week, Sunday to Sunday. If it's close – ask!

Riphyddan, 880 m above sea level, Fjällnäs

Welcome to Riphyddan, located 880 meters above sea level, est. 1977 in unique Fjällnäs, 6 km from the Norwegian border. A real hand-built log house just below the tree line with unique views of Lake Malmagen, Bolagskammen and Storvigeln 1586 meters above sea level. Enjoy the freestanding wood-fired sauna. In summer, you can hike directly out on the mountain or take a ride with the boat and fish. In winter, there is a Nordic Ski center with direct access from the cabin with wonderful tours in the mountains or go downhill in Freeride Paradise in Tänndalen, just 3 km away

Bruksvallarna Rockvallen quiet area

Close to hiking trails/snowmobile trails and cross-country tracks as well as the slalom slope in Ramundberget about 8 km from the cabin. There is also a ski stadium where you can go roller skiing in the summer. Then there is also #strapatserab who can arrange paddling, climbing and guiding etc. Food store ICA Stig Myrhs is 1 km from the cottage. There is also a gas station. A good place that I would like to recommend to you is #fjällbäckenlodge to have a lunch/coffee/dinner above me about 500 meters walking distance from the cottage.

At the foot of Funäsdalsberget in Kåvan's cottage area, you will find this spacious and modern mountain cottage overlooking the mountain's mighty steep sections. 170 sqm divided into 4 bedrooms, spacious hall, two bathrooms and large social areas mean that 2-3 families will enjoy themselves here. With 80 meters to bicycle, cross-country and snowmobile trails, 100 meters to Ljusnan and 1.3 km to the nearest lift, there is something for everyone to enjoy. The house is centrally located between a handful of different lift facilities.

This 80 sqm apartment is less than 200 m from the Röstberg lift and the cross-country trails go outside the door. In summer, you can take the bike to the bike trails directly from the apartment. 5-10 minutes' walk down to the village. Family beds in the two smaller bedrooms allow you to accommodate up to eight people. Spacious storage for skis etc. and a sauna are also available. Fully equipped. Ljusnan, where you can take a refreshing dip, is about 200 metres from the apartment.

Lillstugan is located in a quiet and rural location on a farm. The cottage is located next to meadows, and after a short walk you are down by Ljusnan, which invites you to fish, swim and paddle a canoe. In winter, the cottage is suitable for starting out on both cross-country skis and snowmobiles, trails are close to the cottage. Lillstugan is 38 sqm and includes a combined kitchen and living room with a sofa bed, one bedroom with a double bed and a small room with a bunk bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet.
