“Nice cozy apartment, just what we needed to rest after a long day of hiking with my mom. Quiet, clean in a nice residential neighborhood. The double decker air mattress was very comfortable. Remember to bring some coffee caps for the Keurig”
Beautiful natural environment right on the Tongue River! Fishing available on the property, minutes from Tongue River Canyon for hiking and exploring, 15 minute drive to the Big Horn mountains. We are a horse ranch, where guests may interact with the horses and other animals. We have a hot tub, outdoor kitchen, and fire-pit available for guests to use.
“After a failed attempt at backcountry camping/hunting in the Big Horn Mountains we stumbled upon this oasis. Being that we were hunting we basically were just sleeping and showering at the bunkhouse. Every evening when we came in from the field Helen had a fire going in the fireplace to have the place nice and toasty. The kitchen was more than adequate I just wish we had been around to use it. Watching some tv to wind down after hunting all day was great right before crawling into the comfy bed. Helen was even kind to point us in the direction of some hunting ground. Oh and make sure you have time to play fetch with Katy!!!!”
The bedroom is in the loft above a working ceramics studio. The bathroom is on the main floor with one flight of stairs. We are located about two miles from the base of the Bighorn Mountains with a beautiful view and lots of privacy. It is a perfect getaway for two people who can handle the stairs. The space is not suitable for children or pets.
“Staying at Elaine and Richard's AirBnB was one of the highlights of our trip! Their hospitality is outstanding, the views from the property great (mountains and wildlife!), and the unit itself is absolutely unique. Elaine is a professional ceramic artist and the AirBnB is also her studio. What a delight to look at so much art! The bathroom reading was great, too. At what other AirBnB can you find a treatise by Michel Foucault on Rene Magritte's painting "This is Not a Pipe?" Lovely, lovely stay. Thank you!”
