The house is located by itself on the beach, and here is idyllic, peace and quiet. The cottage is located in the middle of nature, and you will wake up to the sound of waves and wildlife close by. The home consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor of the manager's residence for Hårby Dairy. Private entrance and free parking. The house was built in 1905, there are wooden floors and high ceilings in all rooms. Bedroom with double bed and space for a cot - Living room with dining table and 4 chairs, sofa bed with 2 beds, TV, Wi-Fi, books and games - Kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, - Bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine. Outdoor fenced space with dining area and barbecue.

In the cottage there is a kitchen-living room, wood stove, bathroom, bedroom with a short double bed (NOTE the bed is short W: 140 x L: 180 cm) and loft with 2 beds (180 x 200). There is a nice wooden terrace with access to an annex with an extra bedroom. IMPORTANT: The tenant is responsible for cleaning and tidying up. No partying or loud music.

Tiny House Lindebo er et lille hyggeligt sommerhus. Huset er placeret i en hyggelig have, med en dejlig overdækket sydvendt terrasse. Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Vi bor uden for landsbyen Hjortshøj i skovkanten og tæt på motorvejen. Hunde er velkomne. Udlejes med sengelinned og håndklæder. Afstand til Århus 12 km, til off. transport 600m. Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold.

New private cottage from 2018 with a beautiful view and location, which we rent out, if you will take care of it :) Everything is bright and welcoming. The house is really nicely located on the plot with a fantastic view over the passage of the seasons in Mols Bjerge. There is a large kitchen/living room and living room with wood-burning stove, bathroom and three nice rooms with bunk or double beds. There is a large terrace to the south and west around the house.
