Comfortable space in the heart of Sandymount village. Fully furnished with 2 king size beds & 2 bathrooms. It is new and kitted out with top quality furniture and appliances. The space has high speed internet and smart tv Sandymount village is a very upmarket neighbourhood with fabulous cafes, bars, restaurants, shops. We are a 20 min bus ride to the city centre. 10 min walk to the Aviva stadium. Train station close by! The apartment is on the 1st floor, there are steps up to it and no lift.

Parking may be available upon arrangement at €10 a day - but this must be clarified in advance to ensure I can arrange it. The apartment is ideal for students studying a semester from overseas. Nearly everywhere in Dublin is walkable, plus there's bike rental, buses/trains close by if you want to travel further afield.

My place is in the heart of Blackrock a great base for exploring Dublin city and indeed any part of Ireland due to its central location. City center is 10 mins away by train or bus and the airport coach stops nearby. Easy access to many venues is also possible including RDS, AVIVA stadium, 3 Arena and UCD. The apt newly refurbished and outfitted is located in an attractive and well maintained development. Couples,business travelers and indeed solo travelers welcome.NO CHILDREN Under 10.

Large gardens to sit out. Free parking, fully equipped, door to patio from living rm. Open fire. 2nd flr, v safe, no lift. By the sea. Strong WIFI, Netflicks, TV. Not a sleek mod hotel-like flat tho. Full of charachter. Stylish. Min july/aug stay is 6 days.
