Great house. Host was responsive and helpful. House is very close to the mountain. We had 10 people in the house and there was plenty of room. Overall great stay.

We had a great time at Eric’s brookside condo. The location is right by the roadrunner trail, so very convenient. The unit is clean and well stocked with games and puzzles.

This is a great place to stay. The apartment is well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking including nice sharp knives. There are plenty of pillows and linens to choose from if you want something that isn't on the bed. The cubbies for coats and boots are great. The ski closet is huge! Plenty of space for 6 pairs of skis and boots. We loved the proximity to the slopes. Hardly any steps required to get to the slope. We all came back to the condo for meals and it was so easy to access the slopes. Best ski-in-ski-out we have ever stayed in.

The house was perfect for our family ski weekend. The back yard was good for the dogs to run around and there is a nice quiet dirt road that we were able to take them for a walk. The entry was great for setting up boot dryers and hanging coats. The layout is good. We would stay at Kedi’s again.

The location was perfect. The size of the place was great. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. We had an amazing spring skiing family trip.

A wonderful stay with a great ski in/ski out location! This condo had so much space for all of us, a beautiful fireplace and a great kitchen ready to cook in. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was great. Just as pictured. The staff on the property were super friendly and kind. Very close to Sunday River for a ski weekend. The fire pits were a plus. We would stay again. 10/10

The cabin is a beautiful place surrounded by trees, making it a great escape from busy city life. The amenities were just right for a relaxing stay. It was easy to find, and I hope to come back soon.

Ryan’s place was absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and spacious. It provided the perfect setting for our group, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy ourselves. We were all very comfortable and felt right at home. Highly recommend!

This was our second stay at the fun house, and we were reminded very quickly why we fell in love with it the first time. It truly feels like home while also nestled just steps away from the mountains. We had everything we needed for a family reunion to be full of love laughter and food. Thanks, Amanda for answering questions quickly and being a great host! We will be back!!

We stayed at Amber's for the night before and after the eclipse, and it was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was a great atmosphere to hang out with the two other couples who came with us. We ate at Patrick's pub the first night and folks told us where some good viewing spots for the eclipse would be. We ate in the second night and spent lots of time around the kitchen table. As someone else mentioned, the slatted louvered doors on the bathrooms are a bit different, but it worked out ok for us. Amber was great with communication.

We had great stay at Lindsey’s! Cozy and warm in this coldest time of the year!! We are happy with our stay!

Had our annual family vacation and ski trip at Sunday River and this house was perfect for us. Had 9 bedrooms and the downstairs is amazing. Huge kitchen, big areas on either side of the house for everyone to hang out and play games. The house is less than a mile from the ski dropoff which made it great for us. Colin was very responsive and helpful. Great host and amazing space for a big group.

Great stay at the house. The house was very clean! If you have little kids, be aware that the house has a lot of fragile items and decor. Also, if kids want to play outside, they are limited as to where they can play and what they can do outside. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Scott's place was perfect for our small family's ski trip! It was exactly as pictured, had everything we needed for our stay, and was so close to Sunday River (~10 minutes) and right down the road from restaurants in Bethel Village. We would love to stay again on our next ski trip!

The place was great. three of us there was much more affordable then surrounding hotels or other rentals. Fantastic host. really enjoyed the stay. Very responsive with any thing we needed. if in the area again. Will definitely stay again.

Matt went above and beyond with his communication and helpfulness during booking, during our stay, and even after when I’m looking to rebook again. He was flexible hands-on right there when you needed them. If you want a place to stay right on the snowmobile trails the spot is fabulous.

It was a perfect home for our family Christmas gathering! Definitely would stay here again.

The Cozy Home in Wilton worked out perfect for us! We were in the area for 3 weeks for work, and this was a perfect little home for the time we were there. I had all the amenities to keep us comfortable during our time. It does not have a washer/dryer, which would have been nice, but there is a Laundromat less than a mile from the house. Also, one of the best breweries in the area is just a short 3 minute drive down into town. Kyle is also super great and responsive! One of the fire detectors was low battery and beeping, and Kyle came over right away and fixed it for us when we told him about it.

We had a great time staying at Samantha’s place! It was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our whole group. Everything at the house was as advertised in the listing. We would gladly stay again, the house has everything you need, with plenty to do around it!

We really enjoyed our stay. We were so pleased with the house and hope to rent again in the future. It was really cozy and right on the river. We had a great stay!
