Our GETAWAY-perfect place for relaxing and fun! It’s private but 1/2 mile to IGA and approx 1 mi to beautiful downtown Rangeley with great restaurants, bowling, arcade, darts and shuffleboard. Ltd access to snowmobile trails directly from the house. ATV is no longer allowed from our home. Trails can be accessed from IGA (park across the st., or Depot Rd (includes trailer parking) 3/4 mile from our home. Hiking and incredible scenery! Walking distance to Pickford Pub and mins o Mtn Star Estate.

ON HALEY POND - 16 Pond Street, Rangeley, ME

PRIVATE and Upscale apartment in the village walking distance from restaurants, swimming, walking trails, kayak rentals and kayaking as well as snowshoeing and snowmobiling during the winter. Free skate rentals for skating on Haley Pond and you can also rent snowshoes and kayaks at Ecopalagicon. When the pond is frozen SNOWMOBILERS can cross Haley Pond which is in front of my house to get onto trails. My driveway will accommodate 2 snowmobile trailers. 2 night minimum on SNOWDEO WEEKEND

Walking distance to the LOON LODGE & FARM HOUSE Downtown Rangeley 1.5miles away. One bedroom has a queen bed and other has two twins. Loft has full bed. Great WiFi! Brand new Air Conditioning system in entire cabin!

With the Perham Stream Birding Trailhead a short distance away and direct access to ATV/snowmobile trails out the front door. Saddleback and Sugarloaf ski resorts are also only a 45 minute drive! Find your home away from home with a mountain view, while drinking your coffee in a ski chair on the porch and enjoy nature and just being in the present.

The Terraces #5 Private Lakefront Cabin

Cabin #5 is available spring to fall. It is cozy getaway located on Rangeley Lake. Guests have access to the lake via 100 meter walk down to the dock. You will be a less than a 5 minute drive to a bustling main street with great local shops and eateries. The cabin is accessible by 2 sets of stairs or a path from the parking lot. The cabin is quaint and we provide the necessities. That being said, there is not a microwave or electric coffee maker.

If you decide to venture away from the cabin, Rangeley's Saddleback Mt & Sugarloaf USA are both 35 miles away & the college town of Farmington is just 15 minutes south. Our cell service is terrific, but there's no tv or wifi...come to the woods & unplug!
