Holiday rentals in Raposos

I had an excellent two-month stay at Luiza's place, from December 2024 to February 2025. The home is very cozy with everything I needed for a long-term stay, including a full kitchen and laundry area. Santa Tereza is a fantastic neighbourhood with lots to do. This home is very special because you're so close to lots of great places, but you don't get too much noise as it's located on a very calm street. I definitely recommend staying here if you're planning to be in Belo Horizonte!

Fantastic accommodation. Impeccable property, exactly as the photos, beautifully decorated and clean. Beautiful view and spectacular spa. Privileged location, easy to find and with many options nearby, including bakery, supermarket and restaurants. Lili is very pleasant, very available and accommodating. It is undoubtedly a differentiated space and deserves a score of 1000!

The property is quietly located, well equipped and very clean. David and Katia are very accommodating hosts. We'd come back in a heartbeat.

"We had a very pleasant stay. The house was very clean and smelling. The highlight is the third floor, with an excellent leisure area, including barbecue and swimming pool. It is important to note that the leisure area is at the top, accessible by stairs, which can be a point of attention for those who have difficulty in locomotion or reduced mobility. The bed and sofa are very simple and could be more comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The gourmet area of the pool is shared with the host's house, which was very attentive and respectful of our privacy. However, if you seek 100% privacy, it is important to be aware that the space is shared, but this has not hindered our stay at all. In the leisure area, there are security cameras, wood-burning stove, grills, freezer, a hammock to relax and a great shower."

What a wonderful place!!!! The loft itself is amazing! I would say that in person it manages to be even more beautiful than in the pictures. Super complete kitchen, wonderful structure. The bathroom is beautiful! Henrique was extremely attentive from the time of the reservation, and gave very clear and accurate information. João welcomed us at the check in and it was very cool and helpful with us! The site guarantees total privacy and quiet. This is one of those places you don't want to leave, so beautiful! It would surely come back many times.

Beautifully decorated house, had all the utensils we need, great BBQ area and the jacuzzi is sensational. Not to mention the view of the balcony and Jacuzzi that is surral. Staying in the house was a wonderful peace. We went in a couple and a dog and everything was perfect.

Luma was extremely attentive, Rosana also super attentive and proactive with the answers and information. The place is paradisiac, peaceful with a beautiful view and very close to the waterfalls.

My stay was amazing! The self checkin is always very useful, as it makes the entrance and exit of the apartment more flexible. The location is amazing, with many options of restaurants and market. And better than that all is the comfort of the apartment.
