A colourful, non-smoking apartment, renovated in 2021, awaits with a separate Entrance to you. The apartment is quiet, close to the city and spacious (65 sqm). You can reach the centre in about 15 minutes on foot or you can walk 2 minutes to the bus stop. The apartment is suitable for 2-4 people, there is a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. You also use a kitchen, a bathroom, a dining room, a hallway and a storage room. A children's travel cot and high chair are available on request.

Lovely apartment with good connections to the city and Ammerland

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in the green district of Ofernerdiek. We rent an approx. 25 square meter room with directly adjacent private kitchenette in the hallway, as well as a private bathroom. The space is located on the 2nd floor with a separate entrance. On the 2nd floor there is also a rarely used private room of ours. The location and infrastructure are ideal with various shopping opportunities. The BAB 293 is very close. Hankhausen apartment with ecological aspects. Clay plaster and terracotta tiles form the basis for a cozy apartment. The apartment is on the upper floor. My partner and I live downstairs. The bathroom is equipped with a sauna and has an Asian touch. Non-smoking apartment. The first/second supermarket is only 1 km away. A parking space on the premises is available. At the moment, there is a construction site of a detached house opposite. There may be some impairments.

You are vacationing in the residential town of Rastede. The vacation home is located about 200 m from the Hirschtor, which is the entrance to the Rastede Palace Park. Beautiful hiking trails invite you to relax and do sports activities such as jogging, walking and hiking. Within a radius of less than a kilometer, your physical well-being is ensured by several grocery stores and bakeries. Car and bikes are supplied by gas station and bike shop/workshop.

In the beautiful Ammerland, right on the city border to Oldenburg, lies the Gerberhof. Two bright, modern apartments have been created here from an old pigsty. Get on your bike and start beautiful tours to Bad Zwischenahn, Rastede and Oldenburg from here. In 20 minutes, you can also reach the North Sea coast by car. We want you to relax, with good books, in a quiet but cozy environment, with only greenery and tranquility in front of the windows.

City, state theater, restaurants and bars are a few minutes walk away. Pius-Hospital and Ev. Hospital located in the neighborhood. Well suited for business travelers, singles and couples, possibly also with child, sofa bed available. We look forward to seeing you!

This unique place has a style all its own. On 85 square meters, the cozy living room with open kitchen, a small office and the pretty guest toilet are located on the first floor. The staircase leads to the gallery, where there is a comfortable sofa bed and a TV. The bedroom has a spacious box-spring bed and the directly adjacent bathroom.
