Resembling a Tuscan Farmhouse this 200 years old coach house is simply irresistible. The building was elegantly restored after lying dormant for decades. Its situated to the rear of a private home and only 10 mins walk from Ranelagh and 15 mins from Ballsbridge. Peaceful and charming you wont want to leave…. Taylor Swift stayed with us while enjoying a low key visit to Dublin. We were delighted to have her at our home and equally thrilled she managed to avoid the attention of the media.

Spacious & central and illuminated whole apartment with free parking space. Within a gentle stroll you will find Rathmines, grand canal portobello, & the City Centre while the M50, Luas & Dublin Bus links make travelling around the City an ease. 1.5-2.5 km walking distance to city center. Multiple bus lines going towards the city center as well, the bus stop is just 1 min of walking distance. Coming from or going to airpot, take bus 16, the bus stop is just 4 mins walking distance.

Located on quiet Chancery Lane, 5 minutes walk from Grafton St, Saint Stephen's Green, and the night life of Temple Bar, Dawson St, & South Great George's St - you will not find a better location. My home has recently been renovated so everything is new and up to date. A parking space is available within the building at no extra cost. We own the apartment and usually live here, so it’s well-equipped and designed for comfortable everyday living — perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. During the summer, we're away, and we're happy to share our space with respectful guests who will treat it like their own. Please do not lose the keys, especially the building entrance key — there is no spare copy, and replacements can only be arranged through the management company. A €50 fee will apply for any lost key.
