Spacious, one-level atrium-shaped single-family home (278 sqft). The home encircles an undisturbed and large south-facing garden. The plot sits on a hillside on the edge of a construction field and thrones out over the forest. The garden has large terraces, gas barbecue, ping pong table, trampoline, plants and berry bushes. The house consists of a well-equipped kitchen with its own rough kitchen, two living rooms and trim rooms. Bathtub, 3 showers and 3 wc. TV and internet. Several of Romsdalens' most popular peak and cross country trails start outside the house door.

Modern apartment by the mountains of Isfjorden

Modern, newly built apartment at the top of Isfjorden, with the ski track right outside the house door. It's ski-in/ski-out. The apartment is a part of a newly built house that was ready in February 2022. From here you can go cross-country skiing or summit trips to the Kyrkjetaket, Skarven, Galtåtind, etc., without having to use a car. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa, a new modern kitchen, and a spacious bathroom with a rain shower. We can add a mattress for a third person, or a travel cot for a baby if desired.

New cabin in Skorgedalen, Rauma!

Compact and modern cabin in Skorgedalen, in the middle of the sand for hiking summer and winter. Ski in/out to Rauma ski center. Perfectly located for hiking to Skarven, Smørbotntind. Cross-country trails close by. Hot tub where you can relax after your day's trip. Prima starting point to explore Romsdal and its surroundings on day trips. About 1 h 15 min drive from Molde, and 20 min from Åndalsnes and the path up to Rampestreken. Half an hour from the starting point to Romsdalseggen. Alesund and Kristiansund about 2 hours away.

Ski in-ski out from charming log cabin

The log house is completely renovated in 2019 with new bathroom and kitchen! The rooms are spacious and cozy with double or single beds. The decor is mix of old and new, which creates a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. The cabin is located in scenic surroundings, with hiking opportunities right outside the door summer and winter! Swimming in mountain lakes or fjord, fishing, lovely athletic track/hallway! The place can offer attractions such as Trollstigen, Romsdaleggen, Via Ferrata in Åndalsnes, beautiful ferry ride to Molde.

Large, airy and cozy house with panoramic views

Make memories for a lifetime at this unique and family-friendly 4 bedroom space with 1 crib( kids up to 8yrs) 4 travel beds and a bedsidecribe. You can sit and enjoy the view on the varanda, cook good food on the pellet grill or gas grill to use a heat lamp on cold evenings and make a fire on the fire pit. Isfjorden is centrally located to all the mountain hikes in Rauma, the house is located in walking distance to most mountains in the ice fjord, 7min by car to Romsdalseggen. Walk distance from bus stop and to the grocery store.

Ski in- ski out to destinations as Kirketaket and other well known mountains in Romsdal. In summer there is many opportunities for biking and hiking nearby. Romsdalsstigen Via Ferrata, Norways highest indoor climbing wall in Tindesenteret and the famous Trollstigen is situated nearby.
