Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Ravensbourne

When my daughter’s rowing regatta was relocated from Rockhampton to Wyaralong dam we decided to make a girls weekend out of it anyway and chose to stay Lumiere Farmhouse. We had a fabulous weekend and enjoyed some of the local experiences, we visited the camel farm, local markets and also experienced rodeo and dirt bike motocross all in the same day. However, the highlight of the trip was our stay at Lumiere. The beautifully styled home has an incredible outlook across the rear deck from the daybed near the kitchen, the comfy lounges, the beautiful beds and linen. The home is larger than you expect with space to come together but also room to retreat, read and enjoy the peace and quiet. Having a fully equipped kitchen was brilliant. We loved the coffee machine; so easy!! We all would love to visit again. Thank you!!

We enjoyed a fantastic family holiday. The house was very clean and well organised and the surrounding property was large enough for everyone to relax and take time out as well as spend time together enjoying the common areas. We have just spent a long weekend at Rowan House with our extended family. It was our third visit to this lovely home. Beautiful location, lots of zones in the house for each family. Great kitchen and of course it was great to have a tennis court. Great family memories made at Rowan House. Thanks Moya for your hospitality.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. Leanne was there to greet us but respected our privacy and gave us support when needed. I’ve already recommended it to others and will probably return before too long.

We absolutely loved our accommodation. The location being opposite Gabbinbah Homestead for our son’s wedding was just perfect. It was beautifully decorated and felt like home away from home.

Really loved the gorgeous, quaint and cosy little house and gardens. It was all sparkling clean, with modern amenities and spacious kitchen, and a few lovely places to sit and enjoy a book, a cuppa or the gardens. It's possible to walk to town if desired, although we drove due to parents with us. Dina and Alfio were responsive and friendly hosts who've done an excellent job preparing the house and yard as hosts. We stayed late April and had some nice weather. Thanks heaps!

This Airbnb was the perfect weekend getaway. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Anasaskia was a wonderful host, she was very friendly and even took the time to show us around the cottage, tennis court and gardens upon our arrival. I would definitely recommend booking this property.
